A Word About Financial Support...

“And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.” Philippians 4:19-20

  • The Friends of Recovery NE Ohio team consists of deeply committed volunteers and part-time staff.

  • We are blessed to be supported by a broad community of supporters.

  • Approximately 68% of 2019 cash donations came from individuals while the remaining 32% came from companies, foundations and churches. No government funds support the ministry at this time.

  • Friends of Recovery also receives in-kind donations that save tens of thousands of dollars each year. These include prepared foods and groceries, household supplies, and building materials.

  • We also receive thousands of hours of donated time and labor by expert tradesmen and supportive companies as well as individuals.

Housing Acquisition/Renovation expenditures vary meaningfully from year to year. Overall, these expenditures have comprised 51% of expenditures.

Housing Operations expenditures – 35% of the total to date - will grow proportionately as more of our homes welcome residents.

Ministry Administration – including Ministry Outreach - has comprised less than 20% of expenditures each of the past 3 years.
