Chippin’ in for Hope 2025 is a golf fundraising event organized by Trinity Church of Mentor to support Friends of Recovery, NEO. Friends of Recovery shares hope for a different future with recovering addicts through Christ-centered recovery homes that offer healing, restoration, and next steps for individuals recovering from addictive substances. Founded in 2016, Friends of Recovery has quickly grown to include Tikvah Home for Men, Arukah Home for Women, and Shalom Home for Women with Children. All three homes, located here in Lake County, give residents a safe place to live as they learn the principles of Next Step Living. The money raised from this outing will go toward the continued renovation of a second men’s home, Hesed, which means “God’s undeserved loving kindness.” The hope is that Hesed Home can be renovated and opened as soon as possible to meet the urgent needs of the community it serves and expand the overall impact of the ministry.
Shotgun start at 9:00am. Lunch will be provided with prizes to follow. The cost for this year's outing is $105 per person before June 15 and $110 after that date. Registration closes on Monday, July 21, and there are only 120 spots available, so make sure to sign up early!
