What Is Friends of Recovery Sunday?
Friends of Recovery Sunday is an opportunity for churches to:
Learn more about Christ-centered recovery
Hear how God is working through Friends of Recovery
Explore ways to partner in prayer, service, and support
Churches may choose to host a brief ministry presentation during a service or share information in another format that fits their context.
What can participation look like?
Church participation is completely optional and pastor-led. Options include:
A 5–7 minute ministry presentation during a service
(staff, resident, or volunteer speaker)
A short video or written resource if a speaker is not preferred
An optional special offering in support of Friends of Recovery
(at the church’s discretion)
